Tom is a technician, author, speaker, teacher, consultant, drummer, husband and father. He founded Valiant Technology in 2002, converting the firm from Break-Fix to MSP in 2007, and has never looked back.
Valiant Technology is a 40 person MSP in New York focused on the creative industry. Valiant supports ad agencies, production companies, developers, startups, PR firms, architects, fashion designers. With over 3000 endpoints under management, the Valiant team has their hands full of interesting projects and gets to attend the most interesting parties.
In 2008 Tom co-founded the 4th Bin, an electronics waste recycling and lifecycle management company in NYC. Their team of white-glove experts perform data destruction, reclaim unwanted equipment and recycle or refurbish equipment, all following the highest ethical standards dictated by BAN.
In 2011, Tom and the partners at Valiant co-founded
Valiant Cloud, a cloud services provider focused on brokering and "herding" the myriad cloud vendors for their client's success. With certified Amazon architects, Azure geniuses, Google wizards and Rackspace fanatics on the team at Valiant Cloud, the sky truly is the limit. (boo! ugh, I'll see myself out...)
In his 20+ year career, Tom's put his troubleshooter brain to work for ad agencies, non-profits, radio networks, publishers, recording studios, and many more. He got his first Apple certification in 1996, Sonicwall cert in 2003, and is proud to be among the first ten Autotask Certified Consulting Partners (Ronnie beat him to the test by a week).
Tom has twice spoken at Google’s NY Headquarters and lectured at the American Institute of Architecture’s New Practices continuing education series. Tom is proud to be one of the authors of three editions of the Mac OS X Bible, and a contributing author to Financial Advisor Magazine.

Big Ronnie is an experienced IT Services Manager with 20+ years of professional, high-level experience in NYC. Ronnie has been working in the Fixed-Fee/Managed Services space since 2004 (when he first deployed ConnectWise and Level Platforms).
In his non-entrepreneurial working career, Ronnie was an Engineer and Project Manager for Charles Schwab & Co., The McGraw-Hill Companies, Scholastic Books, MTV and The New York New Media Association.
Ronnie was a founder of Primary Support Solutions, Director of Information Technology and Director of Business Development at Power Consulting Group and Director of Information Technology (Managing 35) at Net@Work and has been performing MSP consulting for the past 5 years as a core focus.
Ronnie is a true entrepreneur at heart and enjoys working with business owners who are working hard to grow their client base and personal revenue.

Ronnie is also highly active in the IT Channel and was appointed to the Advisory Council for Ingram Micro's SMB Alliance. In this role, he works with 200+ ITSP's to define and refine industry standards in the channel. Ronnie helps MSP's develop relationships and buying arrangements with
companies like Amazon's AWS, Datto, ThinkGrid, Dell, Symantec and many others.
